We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, artwork, dimensions, descriptions, and photographs accurately. Actual colors may vary due to screen settings, garment materials, print processes, dye lots, lighting, and manufacturing differences.

Products and sizes are subject to availability. We may discontinue or modify products without notice.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

Incorrect customer information

When we cancel a paid order, we will refund the applicable amount unless payment is being retained for completed design work, purchased materials, or another disclosed nonrefundable charge.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping, customization, rush charges, or other fees may be added at checkout.

Prices may change without notice. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders when necessary.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is produced or shipped.

Custom Orders and Design Approval

Custom orders may require:

A deposit
Design or setup fees
Written design approval
Final payment before production
Additional charges for revisions outside the original scope

Customers must carefully review proofs for:

Spelling
Names
Dates
Numbers
Colors
Image placement
Garment style
Size and quantity
Overall layout

Approval authorizes Pearl Grit Company to begin production. The customer accepts responsibility for approved details, including errors visible in the approved proof.

Screen displays are not exact representations of printed colors. Minor differences in color, alignment, dimensions, and placement are normal in apparel production and do not automatically constitute defects.

Customer-Submitted Materials

By submitting artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, names, slogans, or other content, you represent that:

You own the content or have permission to use it.
Our use of it for your order will not violate another person’s rights.
The content is not unlawful, defamatory, threatening, hateful, obscene, or otherwise prohibited.
You authorize Pearl Grit Company and its production partners to reproduce the content as necessary to complete the order.

You agree to be responsible for claims resulting from content you provided without sufficient rights or permission.

We may refuse content that we believe violates intellectual-property rights or applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content—including Pearl Grit Company branding, logos, graphics, product designs, written material, photographs, and artwork—are owned by or licensed to Pearl Grit Company and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially use our content without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design.Unless a written agreement says otherwise, payment for custom design services covers the agreed customer use and finished deliverables. Drafts, unused concepts, working files, source files, and production methods remain the property of Pearl Grit Company.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Pearl Grit Company is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect customer information, carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, or events outside our reasonable control.

When an order cannot ship within the promised timeframe, applicable federal requirements may require customer consent to a delay or a refund for unshipped merchandise.

Returns and Refunds

All returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Pearl Grit Company Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Custom and personalized products are final sale except when damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions may be changed or discontinued at any time. Discount codes:

Have no cash value
Cannot be duplicated or sold
May have expiration dates
May exclude certain products
May not be combined unless expressly permitted

Reviews and Testimonials

When you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, or social-media tag, you grant Pearl Grit Company a nonexclusive, royalty-free right to display and reproduce that content for business and promotional purposes unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

You retain ownership of your original content.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

Use the website for illegal or fraudulent activity
Attempt to interfere with website security
Introduce malware or harmful code

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or a transaction with Pearl Grit Company will be brought in a suitable court located in Wyoming, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Sever-ability

When any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, product descriptions, approved custom proofs, invoices, and written order agreements, constitute the applicable agreement between Pearl Grit Company and the customer.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
