Our name belongs to my grandmother. She was a powerhouse who showed up every day, kept her word, protected her family, and spoke the hard truth. Those raw, unfiltered lessons are our bedrock.

We build gear designed for real life, on the jobsite, in the grease of the garage, at the racetrack, and deep in the mountains.

Our Story

PEARL GRIT COMPANY was not built in a boardroom. It was built on the values of one remarkable woman.
The name Pearl comes from my grandmother—the toughest, hardest-working person I have ever known. She was not interested in excuses or shortcuts. She believed in showing up, putting in the work, telling the truth, and taking care of the people you love. She was a straight shooter who led by example, and her family always came first.
Growing up, she taught me lessons that have stayed with me my entire life. She showed me that confidence is earned through hard work, that your word matters, and that success doesn’t come from luck—it comes from getting up every day and doing what needs to be done. One lesson I will never forget is this: if you are willing to put in the work, the money will come.
Those values became the foundation of PEARL GRIT COMPANY.
